Hi, I installed it on my iPad and it could be useful, esp. because it gives fully-fledged style control even to “smaller” arrangers like the Yamaha PSR E or DGX series. Another great feature is that since it is an iPad app, everything is touch enabled, so practically you will control your styles as you would from your arranger really.

I have one issue, though: is there any way to select my keyboard panel voices for the style rendition? I have a DGX 650 and the panel, voices really sound much better than the default voices in the app. Or would I need some software to revoice the styles before uploading them to the app?

I think that this app could really be an useful tool and it should not be underestimated. It will probably evolve with subsequent versions to come, at least this is what I am hoping for.

Best Regards,

Vinciane

Yes you can use the voices from your keyboard but you need to use the iPad camera connection kit.

Will it do just Bass / Drums and allow you to play in a full keyboard Piano Mode. ? Could be my answer for a partner to my FP90.

finally!
I downloaded the free version, downloaded my styles from my old Yamaha
setup, everything worked great. it shut off after a minute or so(that's how the freebie works). it converts my psr ew400 into a full fledge arranger with ipad touchscreen and editing functions. instead of a small screen , I now have a full touch screen. size depends on what ipad I use. great work joe mass. I think I found my birthday present. well worth the 29.99 clap

he is adding a 16 ch mixer next months release on the free and paid version. this was the only issue I found . I could not re-mix the tracks in the styles for personal preference. still a great app.

Why use this app when you have a Genos?

I bought the app.
I turned my Yamaha psr ew400 with a dull hard to read screen into a
76 note keyboard arranger with a 7.5 inch touch screen, unlimited styles. with my korg pa600. I have a nice setup. not bad for a 29.99 app.

I had One-Man-band many years ago.
Is the app anything like GarageBand app?
Are there styles presents or do you have to build them?

Thank you, John C.

It comes with styles, plus you can download thousands of Yamaha styles available on the net. Some of my own created styles need some work, but over all it plays the majority of the styles. Yes it has limitations , ( like some editing features) but I'm happy with it . Fun to playaround with.
