No... thats where Ketron still shines..

AJ ... I've been impressed with the Ketron sounds ever since you gave us a demo at Gary's a number of years ago ...
In fact, several years before that I visited Dan O's music studio and he showed me the SD1 I believe, and I was blown away ...

For this demo, I assume someone sat down and wrote a score which was then put together part by part? ...
We listen/watch some of these demos and critique them without giving a thought to what goes into creating them ...

Tony - Believe it or not but none of the parts are written down. Ric is simply that good! We are fortunate to have him on our team. You are correct that each part was recorded as an independent track in Logic Pro. In this case, we are showing what the unit sounds like vs. showing the styles as in some of the previous videos. We have a couple more arrangements done on both SD40 and SD90 that were put together the same way. Watch for those to be coming out over the next few days.

Very nice , but it isnt how it sounds direct from the units .
lets show it live playerd on these models , than we can judge the right way .

Ditto....I agree let's hear it out of the box no Logic processing to have a clear picture of its sound...

On line demos don't tell the whole story. Touch it. Play it. Then you can tout it's praises. Key feel affects tone, and every player has a unique touch. Audio demos just serve a purpose to whet the appetite. You gotta play the darn thing before you fall in love with it. I admit, the demo's sound good, but that's not enough for me.
