So genos 1 has been out for a while now .....
what's on your WISH List for genos 2 which won't be that far away to update and improve it even further?
Your thoughts And WHY you think Yamaha needs to implement these new features?

A better memory structure , not all registrations made on Genos keeps working ( i made ± 600 new ones, T5 regs doesnt work properly)
Implentation of the MFC 10 pedal like it worked on the Tyros range , and also to switch Rotary slow/fast on up& low keys ( not possible with Genos and Mfc10)
Voice editor on I-Pad ( like Moxf/MODX ) and a decent editor on PC.
a smaller pakkage , and not so "Bulky"
Precision sliders
endles knobs for assign
Better Rotary speaker with a real overdrive built in .
etc. etc .etc

Not as active as before, mostly play it 'as is' with not too many heavy changes.
(I've become a lazy bastard)
Hardly digged much deeper than the top of the surface of it..... still zillions of possibilities.
But later on if more serious work is going to be done, there most likely be some wishes coming.
At the moment I wish it was a PC software that made it possible to edit and do the settings that we want to do direct at the PC.
Wishful thinking I guess.

And yes, make it feel more solid, less PlasticFantasticMadeInChina!

For myself exluding sounds & styles which are really good for my needs the deal breakers were,.... it's much Too BIG in size no need for all that extra real estate IMO, No TILT display, more improved to TC Helicon quality standards & tracking VH2, & Sliders that don't have to be "RESET" when initially activated in real time. But I am in no rush and will certainly watch & wait to see what direction they improve genos 2,3,4,5,6,

Probably the most glaring problem Yamaha still has. They have answered the critics with their new Playlist feature, touch screen and with the Revo drums. Time to add world class harmony to the list especially when they are charging $5500 for their product.

Definitely needs to implement the audio interface from the Montage. It's just ridiculous that they didn't. Especially for the price!
