First snow here on Cape Breton Island...several centimeters by the looks of it, but it probably won't stay long.

We had a dragonfly summer here, so I suspect we'll get a colder winter than usual.

We generally don't get any snow for a year or so.

Must be that pesky global warming! smile

Our first snow here in Rhode Island is forecast for late tomorrow afternoon ... 1 to 4 inches depending on where you live, but changing to rain overnight ...
And so it begins ...

Rather nippy here on the island...-15 C or 5 F...no matter what way you measure it, it is still colder than a mother-in-law's kiss.

50 mph winds aren't helping...at least it stopped snowing and there isn't much down...mostly blew around.

Good day to be inside...time to break out the coffee/hot chocolate concoction!

Good to see you, Ian. Yea, some rough out your way. They closed the Confederaion Bridge today. Not bad out here on the prairie today, though.

Yes, Donny ... it's time to get ready ... in fact, I have my first gig where they want a Christmas sing a long this weekend ... Too early for me - I prefer not to play Christmas music until after Thanksgiving, but what the client wants ...
