Had a little keyboard problem. Got it fixed. Got a replacement recorder, another Tascam DR05. So I was checking things out.
Hooked it to headphone out and hit record and "messed around". No particular tune, just what popped into my pea brain at the time.
Used whatever came up on the one touch settings, except I threw a short grow sax in at one point.
Instruments are a piano (not the best one), a nylon guitar with strings, an electric guitar, two different saxes.
Opinions and comments about the sounds are welcomed.

Nice OMB jam Don! I heard a little Floyd Crammer in the piano part. Nylon guitar and growl sax sounded too fake for my tastes, but I rarely I find I like those sounds on any keyboard.... Electric guitar sounded real good as did the sounds in the style itself. Keep on jamin'

What is there not to like about this one, Don?

To me, somewhere beneath the surface... a gospel vibe flows into my inner ear... and it resonates with a laid back, bluesy layer of pure listening pleasure. What a great way to finish off a busy day. Thanks for that. Merry Christmas! ----Dave

Thanks guys. Paul I agree about the sax. I think it needs some reverb and the touch that brings in the growl is a little too sensitive.
I am quite pleased with the EA7, despite some limitations...nothing I can't work around though.
I've just gotten to the point where I don't trust my ears so much, so need some input now and then. I'll post a real song soon.
I've been to a "Hootenanny" put on by SemiLive, Bill P. and just got back. He has written hundreds of songs and likes to try them out in front of people. Had some good Mexican food and heard some good tunes.
