Some Pa4x sounds can totally compete with workstation keyboards such as Kronos. EP is one of those sounds or categories. I own both. Even though I favor Kronos for my own musical needs, I find the Pa4x an excellent arranger keyboard as well. The fact that Korg comes up with these free updates, makes the keyboard even more impressive.

On a Korg PA, yes.. very well played also..

But the Kronos and the SV1 and the grandstage use a moddeling engine for EP, which really has some of the best EP's avaialble in hardware. Including its own effects chaining much like the Crumar seven.

That's a great sounding EP ... especially when you hit that low register note at about :34 ...

Great playing and great sound although to my memory of the suitcase its almost too clean. Really nice and very useable sound.
