Old friend it's time to relax... cool2Mustard, Soda bread, Shepherds pie, Irish Coffee, Jamesons Wiskey, & Beer ! Old friend it's time to relax... Right, Donny ... 26 years with the band in NY it was St. Pat's Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for about 5 weekends with the Holiday in between ... I'm not a corned beef and cabbage person, but I did enjoy the bagpipes and Irish Step dancers on those gigs ... BTW, did a girl HAVE to have tight curly hair to be a dancer? - seems like they all did ... Today it is "Gaelic and Garlic" as my wife is making Corned Beef etc. etc. for her sister and Pasta and meatballs for me and my brother - in - law ... and my Sicilian sister - in - law makes the BEST Irish Soda Bread ever !!! I must confess, the "Gaelic and Garlic" comes from a family dinner night our Pastor runs for the parish ... you can guess what the menu is ...
