Didn't hurt Elvis much, but I'm trying to get the lip curl right.

I don’t know what it is but I am just not excited about yamahas latest family of mid range arranger keyboards . I kind of feel like I have heard it all before .

I understand your sentiment but I’m personally excited by some the features more than the sound itself.

Slurring ones words takes much practice and is considered a highly desirable musical effect.

Couldn’t resist, I’ve just placed my order too. I think I’ve seen enough to suggest it will be fantastic.

So long as you remember that it will NOT improve your playing or performance in any way, (Only practice and experience can do that) I am sure you will enjoy it, but it is much cheaper to practice and get to fully know what you already have.

If my steady gig continues, I hope to get one by the end of the year. The chord looper, reset button, and more storage space for expansion packs are all features that I’ll put to good use.

But of course Bill is correct, the latest model will not make you sound any better, but in my case it should allow me to do things that I can’t do on my 950. I think it should be a very nice and worthwhile upgrade.
