Lindoz. Sorry- my post should have been addressed to Ted. It was an answer to his first post. Nevertheless I agree with you reguarding the necessary "feeling" for Jazz. I will never be able to transfer what I have in my head to my fingers- I started too late, but I am fascinated by music theory and how clever it all is the way it works out. Without the theory behind me I would be only practising my mistakes and I havent got enough time left to do that. I look at my classmates who are all 50 years younger and I am green with envy. Why didn't I start at their age and do they realise how lucky they are? Food for thought? Cheers. Jean.
