Gary I agree that blue condenser microphone is exceptional for vocals
The Blue 300 is totally amazing, imo. I just bought another one after a/b my pl84 and nd96. Using the same settings through the Zed was truly revealing. Very flat...no dynamics. The gain needed boosting on these mics (a lot).

Zuki, ...I like my Audio Technica condenser studio large diaphragm Mics....but since watching your performance I am looking into the Blue series of mics now,..may I ask how the Blue 300 is on cancelling outside ambient noises while recording..sometimes with the bigger diaphragm Mics at home I need to change mics for recording as they tend to pic up everything, AC motor, outside dog barks, etc,..but yours looks a bit smaller?
