After listening to Kabinopus play Orchestra style it inspired me
to sit down and play something out of my head no rhyme or reason
with the factory OTS sounds, Kino Strings, etc, on my Genos
using one of the FREEPLAY styles called "Ambient Christmas".

Donny,
Great style and Melody.
Great use of SA2 voice and Kino Strings.
It really showcases the incredible level of sound of the Genos.
Well Done.
Thanks for sharing.

And Kino strings are mind blowing so deep and textured samples ..... This is why sx900 isn't a baby Genos at all.. Thanx for listening..

I absolutely love those free styles, and Donny, you did a fantastic job with this one. And, those humanized voices are incredible to say the very least.

Keep em coming,

Gary cool

Gary thank you, ....I only used the factory OTS sounds throughout
the variations and I was blown away at the realism
Genos offers the player out of the box.

Nice.

I sold an S970 to a smaller church to help them fill in for sounds they don’t have.

Donny, this is a good example of that.

Thanks for sharing.

Maybe you're right. Few babies come with a $2500 bonus over getting the elite model. smile
Yamaha was brilliant to share so much of it's great technology in a more portable package with speakers. Now with Ver 2, Genos owners can enjoy some of the advances that they put in the SX. Those scamps.

Rikki....appreciate your listening to it...
using FreePlay styles bring a new dimension to your music for sure letting the player become the main event not the style.

John very kind of you, ....the Freeplay styles let's you perform
in a different way then a strict based rhythmic tempo which in many instances is wonderful allowing more creativity to your music..

Happy Thanksgiving.

I just fired up Genos and chose this freeplay style and let my mind and fingers roam.

Donny...I've been listening to your playing for years now. You and I both know that's NOT your style. Maybe you DID play this right out of the box, but....I'll only believe you played it when I see your hands actually on the keyboard. Or....when you invite me down to you house to watch you play this in person.

Just sayin' (whatever that means)

You again doubt my playing...
And with that insult and negativity

Donny, you really know how to hurt a guy....being put on your "sh## list with the others."

Now, did you notice you sidestepped my comment? Why is that? Is it because you really DIDN'T do the demo.

Why is it that I'm willing to drive 100 miles to your residence to watch you perform that demo "live" and you constantly refuse my offer? I believe that speaks for itself, don't you!

If you want, I'll post your last (out of the box) demos that you posted on 09-07-19 (which you conveniently erased). I have them still on my hard drive. There's no way on Earth you did that demo except for Spanish Eyes that you tagged on to the end of it).

The 100 mile drive offer is still open. If I were in your shoes I would want to prove to your fan club that you're the "real deal." Yes?

Over to you...

Mark
