Not much. 1. They don't know the tunes and 2. this type of organ jazz was popular in the 60's and 70's. Never was a 'general public' kind of thing, mostly popular with musicians and a certain sector of jazz fans. Doesn't bother me 'cause I like it. It's a niche form of jazz, simpler than bop but more complex than R&B or R&R. A few stalwarts like Joey D and Tony Monaco help keep it alive.

Yes I agree playing it at home is your solace and makes you happy nothing wrong with that...sad that it can't be more popular with the new generation...
