Can you make custom scales on sd7??

Donny, the harmonizer, at least to me, sounds like it is overdriven and there is some obvious clipping. Try lowering the input level a bit and see if that makes a difference.

I must agree, harmony is distorting somewhat. Maybe too much high e.q.? Or signal too hot.
I'll try to post something I did live after while, but I'm in the middle of something and may not get to it.

My bad,.... I just realized that my Mic gain Pod in the rear of the KB was way to high causing the distortion when recording putting it in the red zone at least I gave it a quick try.,...I'm Still experimenting with all levels and learning the SD7's ins & outs. When I have time I will try again. Thanx everyone for the listen. I feel the Ketron VH is much better tracking then any Yamaha KB VH I ever played, and lies somewhere in the Middle between the TC Helicon units...

Still, the harmonies sound pretty bad in my opinion. You can hear the artifacts in them too much.
Now what is it I don't know. I never owned Ketron.

also I only used the stock trio standard VH.....
there are so many to choose from that could be better we'll see,...more VH experimenting is required to improve the VH settings & levels.
It's a work in progress. I know one thing, it sound so much better then any Yamaha VH1 or VH2 I used in many ways.
VH isn't a priority for my needs I use it sparingly, more so when recording vs live play.
TC Helicon is still KING when it comes to VH imo.

Great sound from the keyboard but I have to agree with John the harmony is pitiful. It sounds just like VH2, garbled, phasey and robotic. Your voice deserves much better. Did you use VH2 in your 950 or do you have a dedicated Helicon?

Don I didnt use the voc processor at all on S950....I used an external Mixer with FX for Vocals so much better.
VH Became too gimmicky so I weaned myself off it for 2 years.
