Did anybody watch the Grammy presentation ceremony last night? What are THEY trying to say?

Yes, I watched them and enjoyed some of the artist but others, not so much.... I thought Alicia Keys did a wonderful job, especially having to pay tribute to Kobe Bryant on such short notice.

I enjoyed Lizzo very much. She has an interesting background being a trained classical flutist.

Like I said, much of the music wasn't really my cup of tea, but I do like to check out whats going on in current music. I'm trying my best to not to become an old curmudgeon smile

I never paid much attention to Alicia Keys before. Yeah, I knew who she was and thought she was a good singer and pianist, But last night I gained a new respect for her and learned she is also a very good entertainer. Talk about a high pressure gig! She pulled it off and came across very genuine and natural.

Check out the "baby belly" photo posted late last year by Alicia.

She has a peace sign painted on her belly, making a beautiful statement about motherhood, kids and peace.

Beautiful, class act all the way.

So I guess nobody else watched the Grammy presentation? I’m not surprised as it’s geared towards the youth. BTW salsaman , what were “THEY” trying to say?

Every year I loose more interest in the Grammys, but watching recaps, it was very special the way they honored Kobe's memory. I live in the neighborhood where he grew up, and the outpouring of support in Philly is amazing, and very touching.
