Sometimes,when one zipper sticks,i'll bring the other all the way around. It still is a rag tag solution.

I think Dave is right. Take it to a cobbler,limp along,or ditch it.

The Gator G-PG 61 is the ultimate soft case, and the zipper is high quality. Since the case is semi rigid, there's less possibility of the zipper getting damaged.
My SX900 fits nicely.
