When I bought my Kurzweil K2600X, I remember the sales guys at Sweetwater saying, get comfortable, have a seat we will bring in all the top Synth's and you try them out...THEN last we will bring in the Kurz AND you will hear that it's the SOUND of the Kurz that will win you over. They were right....so as to arrangers the sound is it for me...quality, realism, playability, that's what inspires me to play.....
So for the music I like, the Genos is it, I have the SX-900 just because of cost (looking forward to upgrading to Genos down the road).
Yep , we are spoiled as all of them are really great

Glad I'm sticking with my S-950 - very user friendly, sounds fantastic, nothing new to learn, and I can still be lazy like Don Mason and Chas. I also noticed that Dean Peters wished he would have kept his S-950 as well. Hmmmm! I wonder how many others wish they would not have upgraded. Don't worry, Donny, we know about you already. Gary
