My very first arranger keyboard was a Panasonic. I paid $135 for it at the local music store, it had just 30 styles and voices, of which only the piano and vibes sounded OK. When the PSR-500 came out I thought I died and went to heaven - 500 styles and 500 voices OMG! And, it only cost me $500 in the local K-Mart. The local music store said at that price, he could not make a profit. Amazing how times have changed.
