My daughter caught my performance in Cincinnati a month ago. Sat right in front of me and we were so emotional together. Special times. ps. She did classical piano very well, but went on to business school and then later got her RN, which she enjoys more than anything. A compassionate girl who is needed by the folks she cares for.

Wonderful work you and Mandy have done. I believe I have that great rendition on a CD you sent me a few years ago! Kudos to you again!
Steve your too kind .....thanx
stay safe I see tomorrow they are virus testing in your village.
You’re welcome Donny. Yes the testing starts here tomorrow. It is being conducted in a large outdoor area known as the Polo Field( yes they do play polo there). An appointment is needed for the 5 days of testing. They only want those that are not feeling well to sign up for the testing.

Hey, Steve ... You go from RI, where there are polo matches in the summer, to FL where there are polo matches - what are the chances of that? We've gone to the matches on Portsmouth, and it is a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon ... Have you gone down there?

Tony, Haven’t been to polo at home in RI or in Florida. Polo season was going to open here around March 13th, that’s about the same time they started canceling all events. I have been to the polo field in Portsmouth but never for a match. I agree what are the chances?

The first edition came thru Lexington in the late 60's. My company provided the sound, stage and cover for the outdoor event. A half hour before the event, it stormed like hell. I looked up, and Kenny was pushing a squeegee, right along with the maintenance crew.
Worked until all the water and junk was gone. Then, played the show.
He was a hell of a bass player, before he switched to country. I remember he played a special edition Tele bass that had a slab body. Sting plays the Strat body version.
Just caught a listen, Donny. It' s a shame you and your daughter didn't get hold of this song before Kenny and Dolly. You'd be be super rich by now. 'Pipes' in the family, for sure.
