I'm just being picky Dave, but GMT or 'Zulu' (military/aviation) or UCT (currently correct term), is usually (almost always) expressed in 24hr format, hence 2200 hrs, not 10PM . Hey, you don't want the Time Police on your tail, right?

LOL - we'll I'd never make it in the military then, cuz I live on a 12 hr clock. The rest is too confusing. I looked it up and the site just said GMT is 4 hours ahead of EST, so I added 4.
