Read the instructions for the GetMyPayment tool. At the top of the list it says, if you are on Soc Sec, do not use the tool. An IRS agent that WGN Radio (Chicago) has interviewed several times says that if you are on Soc Sec, the tool will not work for you. It will always return the "no info" response, because Soc Sec recipients are in an entirely different database, all their own, and the GetMyPayment tool does not have access to that database for security reasons. They don't want Soc Sec recipients trying to access something that will not help them, because the thing is already overloaded enough the way it is. He also said that if you get your Soc Sec payment via direct deposit, you will get your stimulus payment the same way. The last time I heard him, he was guessing about mid-May for most Soc Sec recipients, but I think a few folks on Soc Sec have already got theirs, but they may still be working and receiving a regular income, in addition to Soc Sec.
