... well, in memory anyway. I was a new member to a long established band that played the Wildwood, and PA/NJ circuit for over 5 decades. Great guys, great fun! FWIW - filmed with the Zoom Q2n (old model) with just the internal mic.

Oh, we're NOT getting back together - that was just my intro. The band is officially retired. The drummer had a stroke a few years ago, and the regular guitar player moved to Cape May, so ... Dis Band has DISbanded!

I enjoyed the band, Dave, nice harmonies ... ... thanks ... saw the 'token dark haired guy' on drums
But didn't the sax player like looking at you ?!? ... Just kidding, must have had something to do with the configuration of the stage ... OR it was his video camera ...
BTW, his book looks like the one I used before going 'hi-tech' tablet ...
BTW #2 ... Your "Tears on My Pillow"/ "You Belong to Me" medley is just like part of a medley our band did (and no doubt 100 others) ...
Once agaain, thanks for sharing that ... I WISH I had some video of our band ...

Tony, the drummer was the kid of the band at 58, he was filling in for the original drummer/lead singer who had a stroke at 82. I had a great time with that band, but I was also just a visiting replacement member for a few years.

Very nice group Dave! Enjoyed listening! Great blend and versatile musicians! Loved the organ sounds on that I30, and of course the sax player was super (as were all of you)! Oh the fun of the good old days and the good old tunes!

Have to agree with you Randy ... I've said it SO many times - as a musician, for me there is nothing more enjoyable than spending a few hours with OTHER musicians, entertaining people ... And with our band in NY, the fact that we were all so close - more like family than friends - made it all the better ... Nice job again, Dave ... Thank you ...

Randy I have to tell you this The heart of Paul's set up is a Roland xv5080 (it used to be mine).. He uses it for bass, organ blend with his PA1x, and acoustic piano. The i30 is mostly a controller. PA1x is the programming of sounds, consisting of the 5080, PA1x, Korg 01w/r (strings).

Tony - yep! Totally agree! My days in the US Air Force Band were amazing days - sure miss them. Just musicians, playing music together and when not, often playing cards on the bus on the trips. Definitely "a family"!
Fran - thanks! Had no idea what rig he was using but he sure used it tastefully. Thanks for the education!
