A few months ago Chas asked me to post a piano solo. Problem has been I do not have access to my Clavinova CVP307. I said once I got access to it again I'd post something. I still don't have access to it but I thought I'd pick something from the Great American Songbook that I could play on a 61 key SX900. With that said I recorded a rendition of "I Can't Get Started." I would have been more comfortable playing this on weighted graded piano type action but for now I had to settle for the SX900

Really nice. I liked you smooth intro and chord subs throughout. Piano sounds very good too.

Bill, That arrangement really has some nice changes in it.
Russ, As I guy who knows what a great musician you are I appreciate your kind words. Thank you Captain!
Ed, That is the out of the box Super Articulation concert grand on the SX900. Yea, I'd love to be able to play it on a real concert grand.
Donny, That is the mood I was trying to create the low light cocktail lounge atomosphere. Thanks for the listen! I know you have been hinting I should upload a recording so that one is for you too.
Don thanks with your talent on the arranger and vocals no need for you to play piano. On the flip side of things I'd like to be able to handle the arranger and vocals the way you do.
Tony, Happy to hear it made your breakfast and coffee tastier!
Gerry, Glad to hear you're relaxed after listening.
Hawk and Lee thanks for listening and the compliments. I know you both have Sx900s, nice to know that stock SA concert grand sounds like the real McCoy.
Envious (in a good way though) of your piano playing skills. And you could fool any non piano expert in believing you were playing the real mcCoy so I guess that is a compliment for the SX-900 as well.
Thank you for the kind words. I was quite surprised that the piano sounded that good myself. The improved action on the SX900 made it easier to play than if I had tried it on my old PSR s-970.
This music did set me to better mood, thank you for sharing! Makes me see why people need musicians – without music we only have in our mind constant argumentation and reasoning which usually bring us nowhere; and music tells our mind a story which is convincing enough without all those things and perhaps there’s some salvation in it.
