UD, you missed out on the best boat buy of the year when I sold mine for a pittance. Big enough to live on, flat screen TV, AC/Heat Pump, refrigerator/freezer, hot and cold running water, ice maker, bar, slept 7 comfortably, bathroom with a shower, gas stove, gas oven, gas grill, internet connection, full electronics including 3G radar. And, you could sail anywhere on the planet as long as you had wind. If there was no wind at all, then you could continue to navigate using the inboard gas engine that got about 9 MPG.

Hope you enjoy the frozen wilds of New York, wink
