Hi again Larry,
You´re welcome any time. Do you mean that there´s only possabillity to have 99 audiofiles i.e. one in the 1# of each folder?

Is there anyone on the board who can point me to some technical help installing the SD Jukebox V2.4 software? I'm dying right at the outset, as the installation is telling me I have the wrong password. But I'm copying it right off the back of the box.

I've only been in the computer field for 30 years, so I feel pretty stupid at this point. I must be missing something obvious.

Is there a viable tech support phone number that anyone can recommend? I gave up on the general Panasonic customer support number after 20 minutes on hold. And now I'm hoping one of you experts can bail me out with some suggestions.

Many thanks from a new member.

Hi John,

If you are in the U.S., the Panasonic rep is Eddie Williams. musicalinstruments@usa.com
1-800 PAN TUNE.

Not sure if he is still on board the sinking ship. If he is he will help.

I had no problem loading the Jukebox software. Mine was in Japanese and the number on the CD case.....4692100441.

Hi John,

Similarly the serial No. for mine was a 10 digit number beginning with 4 and was located on the CD case. I had no problems with installation.

Cheers

Hi John,

It is really confusing - there are 3 different serial numbers within the kit :
One on the Box, one on the Card Reader module and one on the CD Case/cover. As previous members have said, it's the one on the CD case/paper cover which is the valid number.

Many thanks for the information. I did indeed find and speak with Ed and he pointed me to the correct serial number. All seems well at this point, and I appreciate all your quick responses.

John,

Happy to see that Eddie Williams is still offering support to U.S. Technics Keyboard owners.
