I'm going to order myself a floppy disc unit for my pc and then download and check, but wondered if you might know in the meantime.
The file is a .exe file, and you can extract the data to the floppydisk when press it without use any zip software. Direct downloadlink SCD7000 Style Convert Disk: http://www.ca-software.com/technics/downloads/7000/files/scd7000.exeSome have problems with .exe files, so I've extracted and zipped up the content and added here. As we know, KN7000 has a SD card reader, so maybe this file is working that way? I did not buy 7K, so maybe some other Technics users will know. Have fun! Btw, Leon, I think KN5000 convertdisk is not the same as for KN7000, and it may not be compatible at all. Got myself a floppy drive today and loaded up the files, which was easy with your zip file - thanks for that. Unfortunately though on initial inspection it does look like this the version 1 conversion software and not the second one. I'll do some more testing tomorrow to check but pretty sure that is the case. Thanks again though for your input and links, it's good to know of the ca.software site and downloads.
