just curious, but does anyone have any idea what those keyboards are called that were seen in the 80's, that the guy wwould wear like a guitar, and play it like a guitar, but it was keyboard? does anyone know what im talkin about?

It was the Roland AX1 controller most probably. It is a MIDI controller with no sounds. Roland started making it again a few years ago so you can still get one.

The MOOG Liberation , The LYNC , Roland AX-1 , SH-101 , KORG Poly-800 , RK-1 , Sequential Circuits Remote Keyboard , Performance Music Syntar , Yamaha KX-5 , Oberheim Remote . Just to name a few of the time .
