I am inclined to agree with what you wrote above. You have pretty well called it, and I thank you for calling it to our attention. I was going to delete this thread but I think that instead I am going to lock it and leave your post here for everyone to read. It is certainly well thought out, exceptionally well written and to the point.
I will no longer be posting on the forum regarding newsletters, song projects or other extraneous issues. My contacts with our friends and members here will be by email if at all. I now invite anyone that wants to be deleted from my technics email list to drop me a line and I will understand and be happy to oblige. This is my personal mailing list and has nothing whatsoever to do with this forum other then making announcements here. It was used in the beginning to build the membership on this forum, but it was and is still my mailing list.
