We have just purchased 2 KN2400's to find out that they are not compatabile with our KN1400's. The software from previous KN2000/3000/5000/6000 and 7000 works fine.
None of my songs, composers etc, nothing will load into the KN2400. At the moment I have to go to my local dealer, load and resave the kn1400 files in a KN7000 and then They will load into my KN2400,s. I have contacted panasonic Australi but they are pretty useless. Has anyone heard any reason for this? Is there an update disk available?
