Fran, you don't need a spell checker when you only have a code in your node.

Does anyone remember what Hammond used to call their rotating speaker system? I was talking to another musician and neither of us could remember what it was called. Boy, look what old age does to a person!

Walter, thanks for the info link. I find drawbar registrations irritating and confusing, so these will cut the workload a great deal.

Bud,
They are called Leslie Speakers. My friend Donnie still has one connected to his GA3 organ.
Thanks Walter.

Walter, I thought you was talking about the drawbar that tows the sportscar behind our motorhome. I thought for awhile I had really missed out on setting it up right

Well Fran, when I think I have really screwed up the spelling of a lot of words I do a select and copy before I submit it and then take it to the outlook express mail and post it as a new message, then I bring up the spell checker that is there and it does its thing. Then after deleting the original post, I copy and paste it back into this text box and hit submit and it is on the forum with perfect spelling. You can do that in your word processor also

Walter,
After listening to your medley on Bebop's
song disk, tell your wife, I think your playing is excellent. Great songs from
all our friends.
Thank you for the link to the drawbar settings will find much use for them.
I had already downloaded the file from Taiyo and it's a great example how to make full use of the saving capabilities on our instruments.
In the one file we have three composers, three panel memories each with eight
registrations,1 sequencer memory holding 7
songs and 40 sounds in the sound memories.
Did I miss anything?

Shirley.

Thanks Crysyl,
I had found it and was about to post.He is not with Taiyo now, they don't know where he is. Have you any knowledge of him making any records, or keyboard backing discs?
Regards and thanks. Walter.

Hi Walter,
Want to express to you what a great organ sound you have on the first 20 for 1 disk. I really enjoyed your playing (tell the wife) and have been using YOUR organ for quite a few songs. Oh! Oh!, Bebop will be after me now for Vol 3. Better go hide somewhat - take care.
Best Regards,
Dave Shively

You betcha Walter! Even when you think you're all alone, someone in the world knows what you're up to. We're all one big family, here. Wonder what happened to all the "family members" from New Zealand and Australia? They've been awfully quiet lately! Maybe it's time for winter hibernation there.

Bud, now that it is spring into summer here it is fall into winter there. Their National Bird, (the mosquite) should be gone for this season so they are prolly all outside playing intil the monsoon comes and then we will be hearing from them again, HOPEFULLY.

Forgot to answer this Bill..
Having seen the size of your Motor Home, and adding a Sportscar to it, I would imagine the people driving behind you would call it a Drawback!!!! Walter.

Walter, I read the article you refer to, and it surely brought back memories. When I was stationed at the Naval shipyard in Boston, back in the early sixties, we would go downtown to some of the old blues bars and nurse a drink for an hour or so while listening to the live bands. There is simply no experience quite like sitting right in front of a B3 and letting the vibrations pulse through your body. After a while you just have to get up and dance or at least jump around before you lapse into a coma. I think its those early days that had the most effect on my choice to drive everyone crazy with something I termed "music". Ahh, youth.

Good one Bud,
I know of two B3's within 6 miles, and am fairly confident they are hardly used!!! Walter.
