Hi there!

Is there anyway of getting Technics keyboard to play more than one performance pad at once? The newer Yamaha instruments such as the PSR 1500, PSR 3000 and TYROS can layer their performance pads, meaning that up to four pads can be executed simultaneously.

Do KN7000 and KN2600 allow more than one sound to be recorded and played back on each performance pad? For example, can I record and play back from a single performance pad a passage contributed by a piano, a sax, a flute, a trumpet and a harp?

Hi

I think you can only have 2 parts playing,
as in performance pad record you have to assign a sound to a part.
So pad 1 can have say a bass on part1&apiano on part2,this applies to pads 1 to 4 as 5&6
melody pads only

Cheers Barry
