hi every one just wondered if anyone had a copy of the kn7000 sd card tool that thomas wrote back in 2003/4 mine seems to have lost a file or 2 and the download site seems to have gone many thanks jan
Hi again Elizabeth It is a clever piece of software which enables you to quickly move files around from folder to folder on your SD Card. Also to save a back-up of your SD Card to your hard disk... Rog

Actually Roger, the software requested at the beginning of this link is not Fred's SD Explorer. It is an older attempt to work with SD files with a PC. It was written by a brilliant man in Germany named Thomas Konig (sp). Not sure of the last name. I think Bill sent the right thing. I have a copy here as well.
Hi, Bill it is possible to have a copy because I just purchase another KN7000 because the other one I sold it since 2 years and now I am very happy to have it.And now I have to find all my sequencer, tools and styles, its a big job Thanks in advance

File sent Derek - but knowing the problems in the past with AOL rejecting Zip files, the email may be bounced back to me. If you don't get it, let me know and I'll try an alternative method.

I think it may be useful to let some of you know a little more about this software. First, if you have access to Fred’s SD Explorer, it is a much better choice than the SD Tools software.
Thomas actually wrote the software without even having a KN7000 of his own. Alec helped with some of the basic criteria needed. Several of us did beta testing of the software and it was coming along well but it never really reached a final version. When the SD Explorer software became available, work on SD Tools stopped.
The software does work and is useful but it is not in the same league as the SD Explorer. The primary positive thing it has, is that it was free. Many of us donated a little money for his work but Thomas offered the software free.
So, if you have the SD Explorer, you don’t need this software. If you don’t have the SD Explorer it may be useful to you.
