I realise this publication is no longer available in book format, but I found a post from Alec (Nov 2005) about a PDF version :-

"Both books are now completely sold out of their print re-runs, but there was still demand so I was asked to make colour adobe versions of both for mailing or available on compact disk respectively"

Does anyone know if I can still buy the 'How Do I Do That' PDF for the KN7000 keyboard. This is one KN publication I somehow missed out on.

Thanks Glen

Hi Glen, Contact Walt Tenay in USA - he holds the copyright for both of Alec's publications.

I have just received the 'How Do I Do That' publication in PDF format from Walt Tenay. With the ability to pay by Paypal this makes a very efficient transaction - great service, thanks Walt.

Walt did say he still has a few copies of the book version left if anyone is interested.

Thanks again to Bill and Gunnar for your help.

Alec's second book - "Getting the Most From Your KN7000" - is a great compliment to "How Do I Do That" and certainly worth obtaining if you haven't already got it.........

Hi Bill

Yes I've got that one, I bought it from Technote on a CD just before they closed the Technics support.

Its a good job we had someone like Alec Pagida who was able to fill in the gaps of the main user manual. Having had a few Technics keyboards they were constantly poor at producing good 'tutorial' type information but were more reference manuals - in my humble opinion.

Now back to some reading

Glen
