I did that and finally got an answer that wasn't an answer
I am suprised he doesn't check in. It sez he is a moderator. How does he moderate if he doesn't look at the posts.

That sounds way out of character but if I were in your shoes and won the auction I wouldn't be paying until your question is answer to satisfaction. Lack of good communication is the quickest way for trouble to develop. I'm sure it will all work out, at least I hope it does.

Yes, I finally got a reply to my question through ebay.
I am told the seller will warrant the NEW keyboard as it is no longer new but in fact has gone from the dealer to a consumer. That isn't very workable as I am on one coast and the seller is on another coast
Hopefully someone else will bid on this before it closes as I have no further interest without a factory warranty on a so called NEW keyboard.

under these circumstances I would ask to retract the bid, I certainly would. You thought you were bidding on a new Keyboard. Their delay in communication on a high ticket item was unwise. Good luck to you

I was just told that I bought this keyboard on the opening bid.
there has been a lot of fraud going on in ebay, so I am not sure what is going on here. No other bidders? very Strange?
In this state it has always taken 2 or more bids for an auction to proceed.
