I'm CRANKED! Pennywizz6 is an enterprising 15 year old (probably the youngest Synthzone member)who has the "drive" to have learned how to design websites. That's admirable!

My younget son (almost twice Phil's age) and I bought a 22' Airstream trailer and have converted it into a mobile home DJ booth, mainly for car shows and other outside events.

Phil is going to do the website.

We'll let you know when "Streamline Sound" goes live!

What a great young person! My company does communications projects that bill out at $100,000 plus all the time for clients around the world, but I'm as cranked up about this as anything we've done recently.

THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN
Thin Lizzy

Guess who just got back today?
Those wild-eyed boys that had been away
Haven't changed, haven't much to say
But man, I still think those cats are great

They were asking if you were around
How you was, where you could be found
I told them you were living downtown
Driving all the old men crazy

The boys are back in town

You know the chick that used to dance a lot
Every night she'd be on the floor shaking what she'd got
Man when I tell you she was cool, she was red hot
I mean she was steaming

That night over at Johnny's place
Well this chick got up and she slapped Johnny's face
Man we just fell about the place
If that chick don't want to know, forget her

Friday night they'll be dressed to kill
Down at Dino's bar and grill
The drink will flow and blood will spill
If the boys want to fight, you'd better let them

That jukebox in the corner blasting out my favorite song
The nights are getting warmer, it won't be long
It won't be long till summer comes
Now that the boys are here again

The boys are back in town

It's sure is, and young people usually learn quick, but at the same time there have
never been as much great tools to do this websitebuilding as easy as nowadays.
Much harder to learn this stuff few years ago when you had to code it all in manually
as i.e. html.
Happy websitebuilding
GJ

Btw, is there any link to a website designed by this young man?

You're right, GJ, it's easier and a lot cheaper to get adequate design these days.

In our business, deadlines are everything, and sometimes, that take the fun out of it. We create web content for all of our major clients and use a large software company to create the sites. Information on the sites has to be compatible, in terms of graphics and content with all of the other collateral materials we do.

I just think that Phil has a lot of drive, and he's working towards getting a new keyboard. Ya gotta like that! It's hard to get that first job, and Phil deserves this one. I hope th final work is a "brag piece" for him to get additional work.

He's the age of my grandson, and working on a project for my oldest son. If this simple one works out, I'll give him a chance to work on bigger, more visible and better paying projects.

Here's a great chance to learn, and who knows, I may be developing a great new, creative supplier. At least, I've made a great contact with a super young person who is obviously in creative fields.

It's gonna be fun! We'll let you know when the site is going live!

Young Man's Town (Vince Gill)

I wake up one morning and it's passed you by.
Don't know when and you don't know why.
I feel like an old memory hangin' round.
An' man, you've got to face it, it's a young man's town.
I knew this day was comin' all along.
Some why bitch an' moan and say they done you wrong.
Just teach 'em what you know an' pass it on down,
'Cause man, you gotta face it, it's a young man's town.

It's a young man's town,
Full of young man's dreams.
An' all God's children gotta learn to spread their wings.
An' sometimes you gotta stand back,
An' watch 'em burn it to the ground,
Even though you built it, it's a young man's town.

You always seem to be the last to know.
Man, that's just the way that the story goes.
There's nothin' you can do when the fields have turned brown.
An' man, you gotta face it, it's a young man's town.

It's a young man's town,
Full of young man's dreams.
An' all God's children gotta learn to spread their wings.
An' sometimes you gotta stand back,
An' watch 'em burn it to the ground.
An' even though you built it, it's a young man's town.

Sometimes you gotta stand back,
An' watch 'em burn it to the ground.
Even though you built it, it's a young man's town.

It's a young man's town.

Russ, it's really great to see that people like you are
willing to give the young ones a fair chance. THUMBS UP!
Too often it's the "25 years old person with 30 years of
scoolar education and 50 years of practice" who are what
a employer want today.

Phil...the internet was down all afternoon
(darn Prodigy), but "THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL!", along with a postcard containing a photo of the Airstream.

I'll get you copy, navigation and digital illustrations next week.
