I will be 35 this October. Started playing arranger keyboards 5 years ago. Everytime I played the keyboard, I feel like I'm back at 15

Third highest cost of living in the US after New York, and San Francisco.
Median home price is now pushing 600,000.00. that could be a fixer upper.
Too many people. 1 million in the city. 2 million in the county. 20 million in the area.
The rich people get richer and the poor people get poorer. No much of a middle class here.
Politics are dirty.
I could go on and on but no point. I thnk you can get a feel from what I wrote here.
However the weather is a lot better then in Medina

L, me too..I did a party last night..I asked if they[Country Club} had a handicap entry location[you know, a ramp]...they said yes..
I loaded my gear on my new Rock n Roller cart[about 350 lbs worth], went to the ramp...what were they thinking, this ramp was at nearly 45 degrees[far from legal], and extended about twenty feet...What a work out pushing this load uphill...all the time wondering what I would do if I didn't make it to the top landing....{runnaway train,back down the ramp, and no stopping it]...If I had to go another 5 feet it was over..

62...but like everything else, that's about to change.
