I remember Mike Siani. He was pretty good Another Villinova grad who was drafted by the Raiders was Howie Long, who was real good.

I should have known that Villinova would lose, after all they are from Philly.

I'll now go for LSU... Louisiana could use some good news.

Well it's down to the point where any of the teams could win by playing their best two games.
I think LSU matches up pretty well with UCLA, but we'll see Saturday.
It almost always comes down to who makes the free shots at the end.

... also about that time - Phil Villipiano ... VU has had some success sending players to the NFL ... including Brian Westbrook ...
As for the NCAA ... I'm hoping for LSU and GMU in the final, and good for whoever wins it !!! ...

Some facts..

LSU already lost to Florida,twice..

UCLA beat Arizona 3 times..

UCLA lost to Washington, twice..

UCLA beat Drexel by one point..

George Mason did not play top teams..but they beat Drexel by 19 points..

Florida had a consistent season, and has to be the odds makers choice to win it all...

My prediction, when all is done,,,Florida will lose to UCLA,,78-72..

When LSU played Florida in the SEC tourney, they were without two starters. Tyrus Thomas did not play at all and the ONLY point guard Daryl Mitchell only played a couple of minutes.
The coach decided he needed to get them well for the "big dance" and it appears he was right.
I'm going to be out of town this weekend, visiting my new grandson again. Fortunately my son is big BB fan too.

ARRRGH, wait'll next year! I think LSU's lack of experience finally showed up. They were cold as ice, but UCLA looked really good.
Now I have to cheer for Florida, because they are in the Southeast Conference too.

You could have made big bucks if you picked them from the beginning.

I don't feel as bad for my Villinova team who lost to the champs. Villinova had a tough schedule considering they were a 1 seed.

Yea well, I'm happy for Florida..first time for them.
