I'll work 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Thanksgiving day at a local country club, then go home for dinner/celebrations. Been doing this for over 10 years. Anyone else working on "turkey day"?

Yep--got a double. One assisted living, one right next door at the nursing home. Just 30 minutes between jobs to tear down, set up again and begin playing.

Happy turkey day everyone,

Gary

Yea, I'm working. My job's to carve the turkey. Now that's a serious job... with some nice benefits. Happy T-Day to all.

I was informed tonight that the Supper Club will close Thursday, so not working after all.

I played at Copeland's Famous New Orleans Restaurant & Bar with a clarinetist from Memphis who plays Pete Fountain style.
