One of my hobbies is to participate in a few fantasy sports leagues. I enjoy hockey the most, but also compete in baseball and football..

Anyone else from the Synthzone that plays these?

It might be fun to have our own private Synthzone Fantasy Baseball League...

If we could get 10+ players, we could do it...I'd be happy to serve as a commissioner if there's interest...

Should we play in reality or only in fantasy? I guess it would be a little bit funny when you're crossing the ball over the ocean...*lol*

I play baseball and football.

The baseball Fantasy is a lot of work. Our league at work uses yahoo. Are you planning on using Yahoo?

I might be interested.

Al-

Yahoo is the easiest & most stable free fantasy site I'm aware of...

I also run another league on cbs sportsline that costs $119.00 to run...that league is a keeper league, however...

We get 10 guys or so, we can do this...

I'd think about it, if it's not too expensive

Q. for Bill: I'm a Phillies fan, wasn't Mike Schmidt from Dayton? Or was it Akron?
He was from Ohio.. right?

Bill,

What were you thinking about as far as an entrance fee for the league?

Its free guys...

All I'd ask is that you tend to your teams and respond to trade inquiries from other GM's...

I think a weekly likeup would be best, since most of us are pretty busy...

The scheduling of a draft is another thing to take care of. I enjoy live drafts, but anyone who can't attend the live draft can pre-rank the players and yahoo will pick on their behalf.

Again, once/if I see enough people with interest...at least 8, hopefully closer to 10-12, I'll set up a league on yahoo..

Well, so far there's about 3 of us and that's not enough...

Let's go gang...there's got to be some baseball fans out there? Even if you've nevr played in fantasy sports, why not try it? Its easy, fun and only takes as little as 15-20 minutes a week.

We could get by with 8 teams minimum...

This could be a lot of fun...
