Unfortunately, the list did not include Spokane, WA which was the cleanest city I've ever seen, and I had the privilage of living there for nearly three years.

Just 35 miles due south of my home is Baltimore, also touted as "Charm City."

Baltimore 16 33 14 24 41 25.29

Notice the score on the first two categories--air and water. You can breath the air, and you don't dare drink the water. Ironically, these are the two most important elements for human survival, and here in the People's Republic of Maryland, both are headed down the tube at an alarmnig rate.

Buffalo is always getting a bad rap, and I was happy to see it was #3 for the cleanest city.

As a matter of fact today is the anniversary of the Blizzard of '77'. This winter has been one of the mildest. It's about 45 degrees today.
