Forgot to take my KB out of the van, so we'll see how tough the SD1 really is tonight.

Tonight is the last regular night of our golf league. My partner and I are one point out of first place and we are playing the first place team. We should have partly sunny skies and a high of 80 today. It's not all bad living in the frozen north.

Beautiful here for the past few days, morning temperatures in the mid 60s, but still makes it to the mid 80s by late afternoon. I can live with that all year round.

Tom, better get in as much golf as you can, winter arrives in your neighborhood next week! I believe it makes it to RI the following week.

Close, but not quite ... Actually Fall golf in Li'l Rhody is GREAT ... A lot of the folks here do put their clubs away after Labor Day, which is fine with me ... In October the leaves are changing colors, there's hardly a person on the course, the silence can almost be deafening ... a vest over a light mock turtle shirt ... crisp air... Gotta LOVE it ...

Well we golfed in our Church league last night. We were tied with the first place team going into the last hole. The first place team took 12 strokes and we took 10. We won the league by 1 point. Each hole was worth 2 points. It was 78 degrees and partly sunny, perfect weather for golf. I won a new Corvette but since I'm going to get 7 million dollars from Nigeria it just doesn't seem as exciting.
