Well, here in little old RI, the general populace has been moaning about the steady decline of this state for years ... so this past election day they RE-ELECTED the same Democrat Generally Assembly that has been in office for years ...
Now that same General Assembly is talking about new proposed taxes, an additional gas tax, a mileage tax based on how much you drive, and TOLL BOOTHS at the state lines !!! ... and of course the general populace is bitching ...
