I go down early Friday morning-walk the show three hours, take off and go to dinner (with Rory last year and this year), probably go see Tony Monaco, if he's doing his normal NAMM gig at a nearby club, go back on the floor until noon on Saturday, and leave about noon to make my Saturday night gig.
