Hello

Well, I finally made the plunge!

As many of you may know, I've been seriously checking into beefing up my sound system with a few different alternative plans.

The one idea I liked the best was the Barbetta 32c's with covers. I've been really considering them a long time.

Saturday night I wrote a note to myself in my DayTimer saying something about "get 32c's ASAP".

The next day Donny emailed me out of the blue. He knew I was looking and wanted me to know his were available. I was floored. What timing. Talk about something watching over you.

Had the chance to talk to Donny by phone Monday. Great guy!

Tuesday we made final arrangements and they should arrive next week. yeow!

It was really a pleasure talking to Donny on the phone after all this time.

I'll be looking forward to giving my first report of rattling the windows. haha.

Best
Scott

That's outstanding Scott. Have fun with your new toys and don't forget to write a review of your experiences with them.

Donny,
Have you cleaned up your Barbettas since that awful fire and subsequent flooding at the club? I don't know what's worse - the water damage or the smoke damage!?!?!?!?

Well guys and gals, I can tell you that Scott just made one hell of a good buy. I've seen Donny's equipment up close and personal and everything is top-notch. After performing a few small venues with the Z-2200s, both he and I were amazed at just how crisp and clear a three component system sounds. I was equally impressed by the quality that I heard from Dave's Bose PAS system. The clarity is stunning to say the very least. I'm still a big proponent of Barbetta's Sona 32-Cs, which I purchased just over a year ago. A few other Synthzoners have also recently acquired the Barbettas and agree they are among the best powered speakers availailable today. The next few months should be interesting.

Now all I have to do is get a hectic Christmas scedule out of the way and get ready for Bossier City. OH YEAH!
