You guys i have some songs where i have to play really "forte" and i'm afraid not to mess up the va76's keys. I mean .. not to mess the springs - do you think that could happen ?

Increase the sensitivity of the keys, so you don't have to hit them so hard.

go to global settings,select the velo sense that you like(in rolands high,med and low),then choose a velo value(1-127) you can also do this per patch.

claudio....can you post some MP3 demos of these FORTE songs you mention....it would help us to help you better with suggestions.

Dnj - I don't know how to post songs and i don't have a floppy to record the songs - and i don't know hot to transfer from va76 to pc..

Jamman do you mean global parameters ?

claudio.....when you ever get a floppy disc record the SMF song in your VA7 KB sequencer...save it to the floppy.....then email it to me I'll post it ok? Read the manual on recording to Seq it should be in there.

if you're definately keeping your VA76, it may be worth your while either in investing in an external usb floppy or zip drive. It's really handy to be able to sort out & backup midifiles, etc in a computer.

I had both floppy & zip drives when I had my VA7 & my 9000pro ( I had pro. connected to a zip drive also). I always kept copies of all my styles etc saved in the computer as a secondry back up.
