I go to a store, I spend a whole afternoon on it. Still not sure? I spend ANOTHER afternoon on it. I don't buy it until I'm positive I can't live without it.

Took me eight YEARS to find anything I liked better than My G1000.... Maybe I'm good, but maybe I just take my time, get it right the first time.

You love your Yamaha, zuki. You going to buy anything else until you are SURE it's better than what you have?

Donny, would you be interested in a swap trial? I'll send you my E60 in exchange for your sd1+. We both try it for 2-3 weeks: if we both want to swap I'll give you cash difference. mine cost me $1595, don't know what you paid. If either of us doesn't want to swap after 2-3 weeks, deal is off and we both return..will set us both back the shipping costs but we'll have had the fun of trying out keyboards we've never had an opportunity to really explore..hopefully neither gets damaged in shipment. email me your reply privately.

Donny, you certainly have every right to play whatever you want to. Way to go. I haven't unpacked my G-70 yet, but saw one in Louisville yesterday and spent about 1/2 hour with it.

I was not all that impressed, so I may have a new G-70 for sale. I also have DonM's Midjay, and just realized that I would have to preset all pianos, etc. on the controller every night. I am probably too stubborn to do that, so I may not use that either.I may give it to my kid to use for his DJ operation.

The use of the SH-201 may not happen on the job because of the challenge of making tone changes in real time along with two other keyboards.

I bought a 10 string bass-guitar combination recently, which was terrible in design (couldn't set intonation), so i got pissed and torched it.

The point is, only you can decide what you want to play. I bought lots of stuff lately that I just don't like, and if I want to sell it, will it to someone, give it away, scrap it or torch it, that's my business and my business only.

Here's hoping you find something that you're happy with . Think about a swap of your SD-1plus for a new in the box G-70. I have the foot controller-again new in the box and a Gator case-unopened. Haven't thought that one through, but it's a possibility.
