The "S" stands for "Spetter"
Spetter than the rest.

I do believe that the S is for Speakers.
Hey DanO: Thanks for the greetings. Sorry I missed seeing this earlier. The Tyros2 you sold me back in Oct 05 is still sounding great.

Hi Guys! All the lively "S900" joking... Let's turn the channel.... What's the "G" for in G70? I'll suggest a couple just to get the ball rolling...
....how about "GROIN-RIPPING"?
....or... "Guaranteed to result in conflicts on the Synth Zone"
....or... "Great key action w/Grotesque O/S"
R/I

The "G" in G70 stands for "gross".
Had to put up a "wink" smiley or I'd surely get bubbled.

Hate to break into the love fest here, but I think the G stands for General, as in General Arranger.
