GENERAL PURPOSE : To have your 01W's patches GeneralMidi compatible.
WAY OF DOING IT : This time for 01W fd (!) users without 01W
                  Editor program and MIDI connection to computer.

   

FILE A

SEQ : 0 - Neverending story - Limahl
      1 - Life is life - Opus
      2 - Domenica - Zucchero
      3 - Se basta se - E. Ramazzoti

FILE B

SEQ : 0 - 3 BIG BAND arrangements
      (Copa Cabanna, Gigolo....)



First of all - you must have diskimag program for 01W.
Next, prepare 3.5 720K (!) floppy (or 1,44 with selotaped right hole,
some PC floppys must have 720K idea disks with diskimag, mine is one).
Type : diskimag GM.01W, then answer with [W] Write, select your drive
and here we go.
Put disk in your 01W, load it with LOAD ALL DATA (FILE A) ->
What happens ? Your 01W patches are GeneralMidi now (if you wan't to restore
it just go [global] - [7] - [LOAD COMBI/PROG].

There's also some SEQ files in A and B file.
I put them on because it's allways the same size of file that DISKIMAG
makes, so it's good to be more full than less.

P.S: Some FAQ were about that COMBIS become scrambled - sorry, you can't
have them all at one time, it's best to have GM patches in order to
play thousands of GM files found on the net.
