To install the device drivers, please follow the instructions in the separate Installation Manual.

The KN7000 may not operate correctly if you install the device drivers using a procedure other than the one described in the installation manual.
Please wait at least 10 seconds after turning off the KN7000 power before turning it on again, or after unplugging the USB cable before plugging it in again.
Please exit the application before turning off the KN7000 power or unplugging the USB cable.
With Windows XP, the screen below (Screen 1) may appear, but you can continue the installation with no problem. Push [Continue Anyway] button and continue the installation.

In upgrading Windows from Windows 98/Me to Windows2000/XP, follow the steps below.
1. Uninstall the Device Drivers for KN7000 and the application.
2. Upgrade Windows from Windows 98/Me to Windows 2000/XP.
3. Install the Device Drivers and the application for Windows 2000/XP.
Device driver limitations
The drivers do not support the Standby and Hibernate mode, and these modes are not available when the KN7000 is connected to your computer.
If you attempt to activate the Standby or Hibernate mode, the following dialog box appears.
To put your computer in the Standby or Hibernate mode, turn off the power to the KN7000, or unplug the USB cable connecting the KN7000 to your computer.
