AN1x Genetix v0.1a


AN1x Genetix is a PC applet designed to work with the AN1x Editor.

Just select two sounds and generate a bank of 128 patches in .an1 
format.

At this stage, the algorythm is very simple but truly effective.
The two sounds are randomly morphed between the max value and min
value for each parameter including the step sequencer. However,
the oscillator pitch may stay fixed for ease of use in a musical
composition.

You will have the best results if the two sounds are very similar
or very different.

There is already a random patch generator in AN1xEdit so why did I
this? Because I found that an absolute random generation produce
only a small amount of good sounds.

This tool is soundware. It means that if you use it, please release
some sounds freely available for the AN1x community.
