It seems that if you want to go light weight, I think I'd consider 2 cases, as the shipped weight of the z5500 was 58 lbs. Being that the sub is 34 lbs, and you are thinking about putting in all that stuff, you will easily go over 60 pounds, probably closer to 70.

You might want to take a look at Kmart. I picked up a very nice rolling duffel bag. It is 25" or 26". Sub fits perfect with a little extra room for the control box. It was $24.95.
